Question will get free prompt answer still but can't upgrade to the latest version so that maybe some issues can't be solved based on the older version. About 30% price compare to a new license to renew your license to get one year support/upgrade service.

Can you please provide more details around "30% Price compare". Does it mean that if I am upgrading the jar file, you will charge me 30% of the license or 30% discount on the license on a given day of purchase?
Also, if I am not upgrading the existing Jar file, what level of technical support is provided till 5 years in case of any issues and clairifications in the jar file. Do you charge for technical support to resolve issues on the existing jar file for 5 years.

The fee to upgrade/renew service is about 30% of the fee to buy a new license.

We will response still and give technical guide, but we can't do hot-fix or add new feature on an older version. If an issue can be solved based on the older version, we are pleased to let customer know it ASAP. For instance, one customer asked how to use special character password in ftp JDBC url. We told him how to encode his password in older package, or choose to upgrade to the latest version, which can encode auotomatically special password.

All fix and new feature are based on the latest version. HXTT has being provided continuous technical support since 1999. The latest feature of HXTT Excel is:

No fee to try to answer your question, but can't provide hot-fix based on the older existing jar, if your issue need to maintian or modify older version.
All hot-fix or new feature are provided for the latest version, and you can order the renew upgrade/support service only when you need that.
