HXTT ACCESS
Date Conversion Error
Kevin Berry
2005-10-12 00:00:00
We have date fields in a DB2 database these area short date type field that holds no time information in them. When they get inserted into a new table in the access database they go in to Date/Time type fields since access does not have a simple date field type. When this conversion occurs HXTT is adding time to the dates go in as the date at 4:00AM or 5:00AM we need these dates to go in to at a time of 00:00:00 that way queries can query by date and ignore time data in the field.
