Hello,
we're currently evaluating the Access_JDBC30.jar driver.
We have an issue deleting an Access 2003 file that was successfully processed by this driver: The file cannot be deleted.
After data processing, the close() method of the java.sql.Connection interface is called and the driver reports "true" for the isClosed() method.
We hadn't such problems using the Sun JdbcOdbcDriver.
Can you advice, if there's something missing to release the database for file operations like delete/move?
Thanks,
Chr. Mairich

delayedClose Indicates the delayed seconds for close transaction. That option is used to avoid frequent close/open table operations for following sqls. You can use 0~120 seconds. Default: 3.
You can use delayedClose=0 connection property.

Thank you! That solved the problem.
