set a PRIMARY KEY constraint with multiple keys

I am trying to run the following statement:

CREATE INDEX Meta_Info_PK ON Meta_Info([Info_Key],[Sequence] PRIMARY KEY)

But we get:

java.sql.SQLException: Create Index Grammar Error: indexName list must correspond to index expression list, but you had missed -1 indexName.

What is the correct syntax? Thanks

CREATE INDEX Meta_Info_PK ON Meta_Info([Info_Key]+[Sequence] PRIMARY KEY)
CREATE INDEX Meta_Info_PK ON Meta_Info(([Info_Key],[Sequence]) PRIMARY KEY)
