Index problem

We have a CDX index with expression URGID+STR(UNIQUE,12) where URGID is C(4) and UNIQUE is N(12).

When the following query is run:

"UPDATE urglocal SET model='0625' WHERE 'unique'=1000000749"

We get the error:

Can't parse index expression URGID+STR(UNIQUE,12)

I believe this is because UNIQUE is a reserved word. Is there a workaround, renaming UNIQUE is not an option.

We are testing your device driver and it works satifactorily bar this issue.

Any help would be appeciated
