When receiving memo data I receive string with simbol 26 after real data and garbage after it

Checked, and found no issue. Maybe your memo data in DBT file hasn't the correct end mark characters (0x1A 0x1A), so that HXTT DBF fetched garbage data after the real data.

The real data needs two 0x1a character to end, but your data has only one 0x1a for an unknown reason.

Maybe so,but my Clipper program reads this file correctly, and also cdbf for Windows, version 0.99 Shareware 1996-2001 White Town Software. I remember, after step from Clipper 5.1 to 5.2 in middle of 199X special preparation had been needed. Clipper 5.2 had had special exe file

It had been special preparation for dbt files
Maybe, they had used new format for dbt files
