we are evaluation products to read and write Clipper DBF files with Java.
One question about HXTT DBF: How can I ensure that newly created tables/DBF
files are in Clipper format? What properties have I to set or what
parameters have I to use?

At , you can use two connection properties:
versionNumber=03
Default Index Suffix=NTX
to create table which can be read by Clipper.
