We don't have a license for v3.1, only for v2.3

Don't worry. You can use apt@yourfirm.br to download v3.1 . Althgouh you bought only v2.3, but you have gotten the right to upgrade free to v3.1 .

Thanks, but I'm not able to login. When I try to login using apt@mycompany I get a "Please check your password" error; I tried the "Forgot your Password?" box but I didn't receive an e-mail.
