I would like to know if the HXTT DBF v4.2 supports indexes IDX+DBF that was created in CLIPER is going to run on LINUX.

Supports. It supports MEM(memory file), FlexFile3, SIxMemo, DB2K, IDX, CDX, NDX, MDX, NTX, and CGP. If there's a Clipper application does concurrent access on the same database, you need to use lockType=Clipper connection property.
