Hi,
We use the latest HXTT DBF driver to communicate between our FoxPro application and Sybase. Servoy is our application service that uses Sybase as repository and makes API calls to the FoxPro application. Every now and then we restart the application service upon uploading a new solution to it. Randomly the server does not start and the console comes up with multiple at com.hxtt.b.e.a(Unknown Source) errors; Re-indexing the FoxPro app fixes the problem but there is nothing wrong with the index.
Could anyone shed some light on why this happens and what we can do to prevent it from happening any further? Thanks.
Cheers,
Maria

Whether you haven't used lockType=Foxpro connection property to let HXTT DBF do concurrent data operation with Foxpro application?

We haven't used this property.
Should it be FOXPRO or VFP?
Thanks!

It will detect automatically between FoxPro and VFP.

You need it. Otherwise HXTT DBF and your Foxpro application can't see each other so that index file corrupted:)

Thanks a lot guys.
We'll use the property from now on.
