My trial is older than 30 days, but I do not get an error about trial expired. Instead I get error like: Failed to get a double value from java.lang.String:BC
Is it possible to renew my trial? Or am I having a different problem?

It means that it's a BC value, but want to see a number value.

Usually it will throw an expire message.
