You can use versionNumber connection property.
versionNumber: MS Access JET Version Number. You can use null, "JET3"(JET version 3.0 for MS Access 95, 97), "JET4" (JET version 4.0 for MS Access 2000, XP, 2002, 2003), "JET5" (JET version 5.0 for MS Access 2007), "JET2010" (MS Access version 2010, 2013). This parameter is only used for CREATE DATABASE . Default value: JET4
