Hi,
I tried to use your driver in Talend ETL, with the standard JDBC mapper, but the files in the directory are not shown when displaying the "database" schema in Talend, so we can't make any query on them...
Can you help me ?

fileExtension connection property: To specify other suffix as default extension of Cobol data file. Default value: DAT
Please check whether your files is using other file suffix. If yeah, you should use jdbc:cobol:///yourpath?fileExtension=yourSuffix .

Files don't have any extension
They are microfocus cobol files : can you connect to them ?
|
>Files don't have any extension
Then you can use jdbc:cobol:///yourpath?fileExtension=null .
>They are microfocus cobol files :
No issue.

No, it doesn't work
I also tried to copy the files in a directory and changed their extension : Talend can now see them but it cannot guess their schema
